Essay
The Seamaster is the longest running product line still produced by OMEGA today. It was introduced in 1948, and was loosely based upon designs made for the British Royal Navy towards the end of World War II. In 1967, Omega launched the Ref. 166.026.
The OMEGA Seamaster Cosmic line was produced from 1966 to 1980. While the collection encompasses a wide variety of models, they all share a clean, understated design that reflects the timeless aesthetic of the era.
